1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or registering an account on the Roofora mobile app or web platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2 User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete contact details during account registration.
• Property owners and agents are solely responsible for ensuring that property descriptions, pricing, availability, and images uploaded are accurate and truthful.
• Posting illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive property listings is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

3 Limitation of Liability

Roofora operates as a digital directory and platform connecting property seekers with property owners/brokers. Roofora is not a real estate broker, nor a party to rental agreements or financial transactions conducted directly between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.

4 Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain premium features, listing boosts, and partner plans are currently offered 100% FREE as part of our launch promotion valid until March 31, 2027. Full package details are displayed clearly inside the app.
